Shipping Policy

Every piece from PopWats Studios is made to order, so please keep in mind that shipping times don't start the moment you place your order — they begin once your design is approved and production is complete.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

Production Time
Once you approve your final design render, production typically takes about two weeks. This includes cutting, sealing, sanding, painting, and finishing your piece by hand.

Shipping Time
Once your piece is complete, delivery typically takes about a week from the day it leaves our shop.

Total Estimated Time
Please allow approximately 3 weeks total from design approval to delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated Flat rate based on the size/weight of your order, and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Updates
We'll keep you posted along the way — you'll receive an update when your design is approved and production begins, and a photo of your finished piece before it ships.
